Terms and Conditions

1. General Agreement
By registering for a Battiti session, participants agree to follow the teacher’s instructions and respect the instruments, the teacher, and fellow participants. Battiti reserves the right to update the schedule and program when needed.

2. Use of Instruments
Participants must handle instruments with care:

Never place objects on the skin of the Taiko to avoid damage.

When not in use, bachi (drumsticks) must be placed safely near the Taiko and away from walkways to prevent tripping or falling.

3. Learning Materials and Copyright
All music sheets, exercises, and teaching materials are for personal use only.

Sharing, copying, scanning, distributing, or uploading materials (e.g. online or via email) is strictly prohibited.

Participants are not allowed to perform, teach, or share any of the songs or rhythms taught in class outside of Battiti events, unless a Battiti teacher is present and has given explicit permission.

4. Audio/Video Recording and Photos
Audio or video recording during lessons is not permitted unless for private use and with approval from the teacher.

Photos and short videos may be taken during sessions by Battiti for promotional purposes (e.g. social media, website, flyers).

By registering, participants give consent to appear in these materials unless they request otherwise in writing before the session.

5. Refund Policy
Courses: Once a course has started, no refunds will be issued for missed or cancelled lessons by the participant.

Workshops: After payment, 25% of the workshop fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs within 14 days before the event.

If the class or workshop is cancelled by the teacher, a full refund will be provided.

6. Terminating the Agreement
To end your membership or cancel future sessions, please notify us by email at info@battitimusic.com with at least one month’s notice.
