Music for Wellness is that space: a joyful, creative class where rhythm becomes a tool for well-being, self-expression, and group connection.
What is Music for Wellness?
In this class we explore the power of rhythm through the music we already love.
We begin with body percussion, learning rhythmic patterns inspired by feel-good, familiar songs, the kind you instinctively sing when you want to boost your mood. These rhythms become building blocks for playful mini-compositions, shaped by the energy of the group.
In the second half of the session, we bring those patterns to life using drums and other accessible instruments, transforming them into something new, a group-created song that reflects how we feel in the moment.
